Following the Symantec VERITAS Software merger in 2005, Paul Unruh joined the Board of Directors of Symantec. Prior to that he was on the VERITAS Board of Directors. He is a CPA and has managerial experience in the fields of treasurer, controller and CFO from Bechtel Group Inc.
