Paul R. Carter is Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations at Gilead Sciences Inc. This puts him in charge of global commercial operations. Other roles he has held at the firm include: Senior VP of the firm’s European commercial organization, managing its Europe and Asia expansion. He brings to the firm over a decade-and-a-half of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and its legacy companies. Carter has been with the firm since 2006.
