In its branch NVR Settlement Services, NVR also offers settlement and title services. Vis-à-vis mortgages, the company is able to offer a wide variety of different financing programs, and can support functions for many of its sub-entities including: sales, marketing, human resource specialists and an IT department to provide various resource networks used by NVR, Inc. holdings.
