Mike Bolen is the CEO of McCarthy, and, with this promotion, became the first non-McCarthy family member to hold such a high position in the company. In his current role, Bolen directs the company’s strategic planning efforts. Other executive roles Bolen has held in the company include: the Pacific Region President; executive VP of Operations; Senior VP of Construction Services. He started with the company in 1981 as a carpenter superintendent and then became the its parking division director of operations. He brings to the helm over three decades of experience in the construction industry.
