Michael Stein is CEO of Genie Retail Energy, Inc., parent company of IDT Energy, Inc. and Executive Vice President of Genie Energy Ltd. (NYSE: GNE) In addition, he is the CEO of Diversegy, LLC. Previously he served as Senior Vice President of Operations of GNE. Prior to assuming responsibility of energy related initiatives, Mr. Stein was Senior Vice President of Business Development of IDT Telecom and was an analyst at Belstar Investment Management. In addition to his professional involvements, he also serves as a trustee for a number of charitable organizations based in NJ and NY. Stein holds a BA in Psychology from Yeshiva University.
