Michael C. Piraino is VP of Administration, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Cray. This puts him in charge of the firm’s legal, HR, IT, facilities and government programs teams. He has a lot of experience in the field, having worked at Fenwick & West LLP (and a predecessor firm) focusing on corporate finance and securities, the Exbiblio family of companies (where he was ultimately promoted to CEO) and at WatchGuard Technologies, among other companies.
