Matthew Kramer is President of Teach for America. In this role, he is in charge of the company’s overall performance, operations, and effectiveness. In this role, he works alongside the company’s CEO as well as its leadership team to guide the company’s long-term strategy; determine important operating decisions (including resource allocation); and build the optimal organizational culture.
