Mark L. Noetzel is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board and Director of Axiall Corporation. He brings to these roles a dearth of experience, having had a variety of senior positions at BP plc. He also has a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
