Marissa A. Mayer is CEO, President and Director at Yahoo!, Inc., where she also sits on the Board of Directors. She took on these roles in 2012. Prior to her work at Yahoo! Inc., Mayer held a high executive position at Google, as well as being a spokesperson for the company. In her work at Yahoo! Mayer supervised a major policy change that made all remote-working employees come to the office to work. This was somewhat controversial given that she worked from home during her pregnancy, and then, on returning to work, had a nursery built next to her office for her son. She then extended maternity leave time for employees.
