Marc A. Onetto

Marc A. Onetto joined Amazon Inc. at the end of 2006 as Senior VP of Worldwide Operations. In this role he is responsible for the supply chain, warehousing, transportation and customer support operations of the company. He is in charge of the activity of over 20,000 personnel throughout America, China, France, Germany, India, Japan and the UK, making sure close to 3 million customer orders per day are filled properly. In addition, Onetto is currently trying to reinforce the “customer-centric” culture driven by Jeff Bezos which has been the basis of the company’s success.
