M. William Macey, Jr. is a managing partner of Sterling Investment Partners. In 1991, he was a cofounder of the company’s predecessor, and as managing partner, takes part in all aspects of the company’s investment activities. This includes: sourcing opportunities; negotiating and structuring transactions; and working with management teams.
