Lise Kingo was appointed Executive VP and Chief of Staffs of Novo Nordisk in 2002. She joined Novo Industry A/S in 1988, developing its Triple Bottom Line approach. A year later, she became Senior VP of Stakeholder Relations. In her current position, Kingo is responsible for Quality, Human Resources, Business Assurance, Corporate Communications, Corporate Branding, Public Affairs and Corporate Sustainability. She is also chairperson of the Board of the Steno Diabetes Center A/S.
