Laird Boulden has been President of Capital Source Inc. since October 2012. In addition, he will adopt the role of Chief Landing Officer of CapitalSource Bank on January 1, 2013. Prior to his promotion, Boulden was President of CapitalSource’s corporate finance group and President of the corporate asset finance group. In his current role, Boulden changes the company’s precedent somewhat since he is its first ever President at Capital Source Inc. Boulden boasts over three decades of expertise in the field of banking and finance. He is also a long-standing member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (previously serving as its Vice Chairman) as well as the ELFA’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
