Ken Koziol is Executive VP, Global Chief Restaurant Officer. This puts him in charge of international operations, concept & design, equipment, innovation, integration, and measurement, as well as training, learning & performance, and safety & security. Other positions he has held in the firm include: Corporate Senior VP of Innovation & Design (in which he developed long-term innovation strategies and new concepts); Corporate VP of Worldwide Quality Assurance (whereby he was in charge of product quality and safety worldwide); a member of the Supply Leadership Board and was head of the Quality Assurance Board. Koziol has been with the company since 1988 when he came on board as Manager for U.S. Purchasing.
