Joseph C. Geagea was appointed as a corporate VP and President of Chevron Gas and Midstream in the beginning of 2012. In this role, he is in charge of: marketing natural gas resources and guiding the advancement of new global opportunities. He also leads the company’s shipping, pipeline and power operations, along with natural gas trading operations. Other roles he has held at Chevron Corporation include: MD of Chevron Asia South Ltd.; in charge of the company’s upstream activities in Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam; VP for Upstream Capability (in charge of improving the delivery of support services to the company’s global upstream operations); VP of Chevron International Exploration and Production Co; President of Fuel and Marine Marketing; and President of downstream operations in East Africa, the Middle East and Pakistan.
