John T. Schouten is President of Dole Fresh Flowers, Dole Food Company, Inc. As such, he reports to Dole Food Company’s President and COO, Lawrence A. Kern. Schouten has been with the company since 1985. Other roles he has held in the company include: Senior VP; GM of all commodity operations for Dole Worldwide Vegetables. He was described by Kern as having “a wealth of experience [in the commodity business] that can be applied to the company’s fresh-cut flower operations.”
