As President of Hilton and Hyland Real Estate Brokerage, Jeff Hyland has been extremely successful in the real estate business. He has held tenures as the President of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, President of the Los Angeles County Boards of Real Estate and State Director for the California Association of Realtors. In 2011, Hyland was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Realtors Association. Partnering with Rick Hilton, has led to great things, including them being the recipient in 2011 of Christie’s International Real Estate’s Large Market Affiliate-of-the-year Award, chosen from a network of 130 international firms. Town and Country magazine termed Hyland “The Gatekeeper of Beverly Hills.”
