Jeff Cohen is the company’s International Managing Director. This puts him at the head of strategy and business development creation in global markets. Other positions he has held in the company include: head of the operational support unit (in charge of Fanatical Support delivery to over a hundred of the firm’s customers), founder and head of the first Strategic Deal Center, Director of Sales Operations and the leader of Rackspace’s first Mega Accounts – Account Executive team (that worked toward driving the advancement of its Fortune 1000 customers). As well, Jeff was General Manager of the firm’s US Fortune 1000 business, guiding a team that had to acquire new customers while maintaining others. He is particularly adept at helping customers solve business problems with technology; hence his fit for Fanatical Support and Hybrid Cloud Technologies. He has been with the firm since 2008.
