Jean-Paul Bisnaire is Senior Executive VP of Corporate Affairs, as well as General Counsel of Manulife Financial. This puts him in charge of supervising the international functions of the company’s: strategy development, law, compliance, internal audit, information technology, public and corporate affairs. Further, Bisnaire sits on both the Executive and Management Committees.
