In September 2009, J. Mike Stice, Ed.D. became CEO of Access Midstream Partners, L.P. When the company was known as Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P., Stice was company President and COO. Prior to that role, he held the position of Senior VP of Natural Gas Projects.
