Born in Missouri in 1924, Harold J. Hudson, Jr became the CEO of General Reinsurance Corporation in 1971. Hudson proved his leadership skills by retaining the position of General Reinsurance as the leading distributor of wholesale insurance to the overall insurance industry. While at the helm Hudson led his company to posting some of the best market value growth rates of all key US corporations.
