Based in Washington D.C. and established in 2001, The Glover Park Group (GPG) is a communications consulting company, specializing in opinion research, lobbying, crisis management, government relations, policy counsel, advertising and PR. It was founded by Carter Eskew, Michael Feldman, Joe Lockhart and Chip Smith. GPG clients include non-profit firms, governments, industry coalitions and trade associations. Some of its most notable clients to date have been Microsoft, VISA, and the United States Telecom Association. Toward the end of 2011, GPG was acquired by London-based WPP. The company also has offices in New York City, Boulder and Los Angeles. In 2013 GPG had approximately 150 employees.
