Glenn Gilkey is Senior VP of Human Resources at Fluor Corporation. Thus he guides the company’s worldwide HR effort, vis-à-vis all its business lines, throughout all regions, for home office workers as well as field staff and craft. Gilkey also heads Fluor Board of Director level interfaces and committees on: compensation, benefits, and resources. He directs community relations (through the Fluor Foundation) and the company’s office real estate and leases. Other roles he has held at the company include: a leading position in the department of Industrial & Infrastructure and Chemicals & Petrochemicals; head of the Project Execution Services organization; GM for Fluor’s Houston and Haarlem offices; GM of Engineering for Houston.
