Geoff Perlman founded Real Software in 1996. He is also the company’s CEO. His goal then was what it is now – to “enable ordinary people do extraordinary things with software.” With him at the helm, the company has been able to effectively serve 150,000+ users spanning more than 130 countries. As well, it was Perlman who established Real Software, the development tools company. He soon realized that cross-platform development was the way forward, given the increasing marketshare of Mac and Linux.
