Ed Deenihan is Executive VP at NetApp Inc., rendering him head of Core Services and Business Transformation Programs. He also leads the global Quote-to-Invoice Operations team, the IT team, and is in charge of Corporate Transformation Programs. Prior to this role Deenihan was Executive VP of NetApp Customer Advocacy, a position that put him in charge of the strategic direction and global delivery of Global Support and Quality and Customer Advocacy. He has been with the company since 2000, when he came on board as Senior VP for Worldwide Sales.
