Dennis Byrnes joined ACI Worldwide in June 2003 as its Executive VP, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), General Counsel and Secretary of ACI Worldwide. He is responsible for the legal department, facilities department, corporate management office, corporate tools, corporate marketing, corporate IT and human resources at ACI Worldwide.
