Deluxe Corporation was founded in 1915 by W.R. Hotchkiss when he used a $300 loan to finance the development of the first flat-pocket checkbook and holder, in St. Paul, Minnesota. Deluxe continued to expand, develop and innovate; staying ahead of the competition and diversifying at the right moments in history.
Deluxe Corporation is now 95 years old and is valued at $1.4 billion. They have offices in the United States, Canada and Ireland, and acts as a growth engine for small businesses and financial institutions. Deluxe also remains one of the leading producers of checks in all of North America.
