David Seaton joined Fluor Corporation in 1984, became CEO and a member of the Board of Directors in 2011 and its Chairman the following year. Prior to these top executive roles, he served as the company’s COO, VP and Group Executive for global corporate sales; senior group President over Energy & Chemicals, Government and Power Groups and was responsible for Fluor’s activities in China and the Middle East. Throughout his career with the company, Seaton has been in a variety of operations and sales jobs around the world. Indeed, it was under Seaton’s leadership that the company expanded its international business activities through: gas processing; oil and gas production; chemicals and more, along with refining industries including ICA Fluor, the company’s joint venture based in Mexico. Today, Seaton is committed to maintaining the company’s commitments in ethics and compliance, integrity and anti-corruption.
