Christie A. Hill joined Dun & Bradstreet in September 2011 as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He brings to the firm more than two-and-a-half decades in the following fields: mergers and acquisitions, commercial, corporate governance and compliance experience. This helps him in his role as head of the company’s legal, compliance, and government affairs functions.
