Chris Peters is Senior Executive VP and Director of Sales at Prudential Douglas Elliman. Boasting 23 years of experience in the industry in downtown NYC realty, in 1995, Peters adopted a more managerial role within the firm. It has always been his goal to “find the right home for his clients,” rather than just get the commission. He has sought to pass this philosophy on to all his agents. As a manager, Peters is very hands-on but still allows his workers their own independence. He says, “people create their own reality and those who have a full and happy life are those who are the most successful in their business careers.”
