Chip Smith co-founded The Glover Park Group in 2001. He is Partner, CEO and Managing Director of the firm. Through these positions he has shaped the firm’s strategy, guiding it from a start-up to “one of the nation’s most respected independent communication companies.” He also ensures the smooth workings of the firm, advises clients on corporate communications and plays a key role in integrated marketing and branding. Throughout his time with GPG, Smith has managed a vast array of projects such as a reputation management program (for Pfizer) and re-branding (for the World Wildlife Fund). He has also played a principal role in GPG’s expansions, including the strategic investment with Svoboda Capital Partners.
