Charlie Joseph is Senior VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of GuideWell. In these roles he is in charge of guiding the firm’s corporate affairs group. This spans the following areas: Legal Affairs, Business Assurance, Business Ethics, Integrity and Compliance, Public Policy and Community Engagement, and Board Governance. As Senior Legal Advisor to the firm’s management and the Board of Directors, Joseph offers counsel on various matters.
