Charles E Cotter is Executive VP and Chief Credit Officer for BOKF, as well as Manager of Credit Administration Division. Prior to this appointment, Cotter was the company’s Credit Concurrence Officer whereby he was in charge of commercial loans. He was also Manager of the Specialized Lending Department and the Merchant Banking Department. Cotter boasts over three decades of banking experience at BOK and Fidelity Bank, a bank that BOKF acquired.
