Carla Brockman has been VP of Corporate Governance and Secretary at Devon Energy since 2010.  In this role she is in charge of:  SEC and NYSE compliance and filings; subsidiary management; orientation and education; board compensation; proxy preparation, and shareholder proposals. Before joining the company, she held top roles in in supply chain, human resources and strategic planning.
