Ford Motor Company is headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan. It was founded by Henry Ford and first incorporated on June 16, 1903. Today, they sell Ford brand cars which include regular automobiles and commercial vehicles. They sell luxury cars under the Lincoln brand. They are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and are controlled by the Ford family. Today, Ford it the second-largest US based automaker and the fifth-largest in the world based on the sales numbers from 2010. They employ approximately 213,000 employees in their 90 plants and factories around the world and they produce over 5 million automobiles a year.
