Apex will offer its global customers more and more administrative services from the largest financial center in Europe in terms of clearance of funds. The office opens with 10 Luxembourg collective investment in transferable securities ( UCIT ) and SIF- SICAV funds ( investment company with variable capital ) regulated .
In addition to its range of services covering all types of public and private funds in Luxembourg , Luxembourg, Apex has also been named fund manager for three platforms provide fast and economic methods for establishing funds Sicav in Luxembourg. They are:

Global Managers Platform (compatible UCIT ) : redomiciliation for foreign investments and non – UCIT management activities of investment funds and non-traditional vehicles passported non – UCIT .
Funds domiciled in Luxembourg are distributed in over 50 countries . Seventy percent of funds distributed in foreign countries such as Bahrain , Hong Kong and Japan are from Luxembourg .
